Step-by-step guide

Your MC Number
Is Your Freedom

An MC (Motor Carrier) number is your federal operating authority — it's what lets you haul freight legally as your own business. Without it, you're always working for someone else's number. With it, you set your own rates, pick your own loads, and build your own legacy.

The process takes 4–6 weeks and costs around $300 in filing fees. Here's exactly how to do it.
